How long does shipping take for sports equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Heavy equipment or bulk team orders may require 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.
What is your return policy on worn athletic apparel?
For hygiene reasons, athletic apparel must be returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days. Items that show signs of use during workouts cannot be accepted.
Do you offer warranties on professional-grade gear?
Yes, all Queensberry professional-grade equipment comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can modify or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our customer support team.
Do you provide international shipping for overseas athletes?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
